Services

The 1510 Oxley Building, its wood-slat facade fronted by a succulent gardenThe therapy office: a grey sofa with cushions and a throw, beside a side table with a lamp and a clock, under four framed bird prints
Addiction
to drugs and alcohol gave us a voice, but took away our song. Its crushing grip invariably left us feeling powerless, ashamed and guilty, making life harder to manage.
Anger
is an emotion we all have. It serves a useful purpose, until it becomes an unwinding, destructive force that harms all around.
Depression
is as old as time and as cold as the ground. It has spared no one from the very beginning. We cannot afford to look past it, much less stand idle.
Grief and Loss
is the echo of a love that ran so deep it refused to let go because it neither knew how nor wanted to. In times when worn-out cliches like “time heals” did not comfort, presence likely did.
